The short version

This website collects nothing about you. No forms, no cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The only personal data we ever hold is what you choose to give us when you call or email — and we use it only to deal with your enquiry.

What we collect, and why

When you contact us (phone or email): your name, contact details and anything you tell us about your property. We use this to respond, arrange appraisals and prepare agreements. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
If we work together: the details needed for the agreement — identity, property and payment details. Legal basis: performing the contract and meeting legal obligations.

What we never do

No selling or sharing of your details for marketing.
No marketing emails you didn't ask for.
No cookies or tracking on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are deleted after 12 months of no contact. Signed agreements and related records are kept for 6 years after the term ends (the legal limitation period), then reviewed and deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email us and we'll act within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
